New Fathers 4 Justice activists have already tried to scale the side of Banksy’s latest project in Dismaland in Weston-super-Mare.

Two activists from New Fathers 4 Justice attempted to climb the side of the derelict Tropicana, dressed as Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse.

They were disturbed at 6.45am on Thursday whilst climbing the front on the building using a ladder with a banner which said: “For dads life is not always a fairy tale”.

Pete Moore, from Bridgwater, said: “Life is like one big Dismaland for fathers denied access to their children going through the family court system. We will attempt another protest at the site shortly.

“We thought Banksy would like the irony of this protest.”

Both protesters escaped before the police arrived but it is understood that activists in Bristol and Taunton have been warned not to try to repeat this protest.
