Dozens of police surrounded the entrance as Stop the War on Dads protester Lian Harris, 40, tried to get near Sir James Munby and HHJ Singleton QC.

Police eventually surrounded the Radisson Blu Hotel in Liverpool where Lord Justice Munby, the president of the family courts, held a conference.

Protesters used megaphones, held banners and were joined by other fathers’ rights campaigners from Stop the War on Dads and ‘New Fathers 4 Justice’ dressed as the Iron Man, Honey Monster and Star Wars characters in protesting outside the building.

Police presence was stepped up as more Superheroes arrived late afternoon.

Lian said: “I have been in the hands of the corruption of the family court system yet they ignore me. I have suffered lies, deceit, fabricated hearsay and historic circumstantial evidence.

“I have suffered significant distress, and ultimately lost my baby.”
